The Village Pourhouse

With three locations throughout the New York City metro area, The Village Pourhouse is a fixture in the area known as a gathering place for friends and a Mecca for beer lovers thanks to their selection of over 100 beers from around the world.  To celebrate the 2012 Olympics, The Passport contest was created. Guest qualify for outstanding prizes by getting their “passport” stamped throughout the Olympics.

[black_button href=”#”] GOAL [/black_button] In addition to partnering up with top notch sponsors for attractive prizes, and implementing a web, print and social media campaign, Vanity Photo Booths was called upon to provide an interactive experience for guests during several nights of the campaign that would extend the marketing reach of both The Village Pourhouse and the sponsors of the Passport Contest.

[black_button href=”#”] SOLUTION [/black_button] Vanity created a uniquely customized solution that would engage guests while allowing The Village Pourhouse to generate leads for use in their campaign, incentivize longer visits and connect more intimately with guests during their visit. This included:

A unique branded “Passport” themed photo layout with a coupon for %15 off
A Static Billboard Design including QR code linked to promotion web site
A Digital Billboard featuring the logos of promotion sponsors
A custom welcome screen featuring the current weeks featured country
Customized email for each guest who opted to send photos to themselves

[black_button href=”#”] RESULTS [/black_button] In just 8 hours Vanity achieved great success:

Nearly 200 photos taken
Over 500 guests entered The Vanity Booth
Over 75% redemption rate of coupon (nearly $10,000 in sales)
Photos taken were posted to FaceBoook and tagged by guests
Nearly 100 unique, verified email addresses generated
